3. Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. RoyalCeylonGems.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
